The College of Nursing Sciences, Muslim Medical Foundation, Saki, Oyo State, has successfully received full accreditation from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. This accreditation was announced by the Publicity Secretary of the Saki Muslim Community, Abdul Ganiyy Sharafdeen Onijo, in a statement.
The accredited courses include:
- General Nursing
- Basic Midwifery
- Post Basic Nursing
- Post Basic Midwifery
- Public Health Nursing
- Community Health
- Community Midwifery
With this accreditation, the College is now fully authorized to conduct examinations under the Nursing and Midwifery Council without any impediments. This milestone ensures that students of the institution can pursue their professional qualifications within a recognized and certified framework.
Abdul Ganiyy Sharafdeen Onijo emphasized that this achievement is a result of unity and collective effort. He expressed appreciation to the Management Board, Baytul Mal (the school’s major financier), the Intervention Committee, the League of Imams and Alfas, as well as the entire leadership and membership of the Saki Muslim Community for their contributions to this success.
He concluded by praying for continued unity and progress within the Saki Muslim Ummah, stating, “May Allah continue to unite the Saki Muslim Ummah in goodness and piety.”
