President Bola Tinubu has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Chief Michael Adeniyi Koleosho, the former National Chairman of the Alliance for Democracy (AD) and ex-secretary to the Oyo State Government.
In a statement issued by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu described Chief Koleosho as a distinguished politician and successful businessman who contributed significantly to Nigeria’s political landscape. The President also recognized Chief Koleosho’s legacy as the Babalaje of Sakiland and his efforts in strengthening the country’s political process.
President Tinubu extended his heartfelt condolences to Chief Koleosho’s family and the people of Oyo State, praying for comfort for the bereaved and the peaceful repose of the elder statesman’s soul.
